Terms of Service

★I only accept Paypal (Invoice) at the moment

★Art Commissions are taken through my Ko-fi

★Payment is to be made 50% upfront then the remaining 50% before sending the final files.

★I will only start the commission once I have received the first payment

 

★Refunds can be provided if:

FOR ART: It has not progressed past the sketch phase

FOR LIVE2D: It has not progressed past update 1 (Eye + Mouth Movement)

 

★I'm still relatively new to Live2D, I'm still learning new things and may be slightly experimental.

★Models are optimised for VtubeStudio, I also have a little experience with PrPr Live however I highly recommend using VtubeStudio with my rigs.

 

★Model rigs are fine for personal commercial use (e.g. Streaming)

★You may NOT trace, make merchandise(*may be discussed), or claim/credit the commissioned art/rigging as your own.

★If you wish to modify the rigging with another rigger, please inform me first!

 

★I can turn down commissions if needed.

★I am not first come first serve necessarily, I do not have a waitlist as of yet so please be patient! I will announce when I have available slots on Twitter.

★If you have a deadline in mind please let me know beforehand, I will do what I can to meet your needs however if I feel I cannot fulfil your commission to that date I will inform you.
